Our Architect suggested to the client to contract a building with steel so that they can save the structural cost even after the lease period. Since the PEB structure (nut bolt system) can be dismantled easily and reconstructed into another plot in future.
This project consists of a restaurant cum commercial with an area of 11,000 Sqft. The whole structure is made with a hot rolled pre engineered section with a maximum span of 8m by using premium TATA steel plates. The structural design and precise cutting and fabrication drawings are done with modern softwares. The fabricated beams are coated with rigid plastic coating for its better durability to keep its rust free nature.

Our project consists of 800 seats and a stage of 900 Sqft. The work is done as a space frame with MS tubes, pipes, Z purlins &sag rods. And we used 0.6mm Trafford roofing sheet made up of 550Mpa high tensile sheets with regularly modified polyester coating as 150 GSM. All structural members are coated with epoxy resins and polyamine hardener to ensure their durability. Since our location comes under coastal areas, GI Z purlins are specially covered with resins and phosphoric acid to improve their adhesion.

Project made with an area of 8500 by using simple 2D-truss and Z purlins. Roofing is done with a Trafford sheet. Structure is constructed on the 8th floor of the building. The entire floor was built on truss at a height 9 meter in center and was designed to lean to roof slope. Both conventional and space frame truss were used in roof design to make structure economical and to match the architectural design given by the architect.
