Project consists of a 3 star hotel, bar, restaurants, conference hall etc. The project is done with pre engineered buildings with composite G+3. Work was completed within 40 days.

This project was made with an area of 19500 sqft by using pre engineered steel sections having a span of 30 meters. In addition to that a mezzanine floor is there with an area of 4500 sqft. A monitor roof also made to maintain its aeration proper. A moving crane also made up with 2-ton capacity. This yard is made for the production and storage of plastic and ductile materials.

This project is located at Thurakal bypass at Manjery. The client bought a plot of 50 Cent with a lease agreement of 12 years. Our Architect suggested to client to contract a building with steel so that they can save the structural cost even after the lease period. Since the PEB structure (nut bolt system) can dismantle easily and reconstruct into another plot in future.

This project consists of restaurant cum commercial with an area of 11,000 Sqft. The whole structure made with hot rolled pre engineered section with a maximum span of 8m by using premium TATA steel plates. The structural design and precise cutting and fabrication drawings are done with modern softwares. The fabricated beams are coated with rigid plastic coating for its better durability to keep its rust free nature.

Rajadhani is a group of institutions comprised of Engineering colleges, business schools, hotel management schools with a vast 40,000 m2 campus.

Our project consists of 800 seats and a stage of 900 Sqft. The work is done as a space frame with MS tubes, pipes, Z purlins &sag rods. And we used 0.6mm Trafford roofing sheet made up of 550Mpa high tensile sheets with regularly modified polyester coating as 150 GSM. All structural members are coated with epoxy resins and polyamine hardener to ensure their durability. Since our location comes under coastal areas, GI Z purlins are specially covered with resins and phosphoric acid to improve their adhesion.

The optimized design and analysis done with advanced softwares. The exposed nature of beams and decking sheets displays the unique and appealing character to the structure

The project is located at Kaniyapuram at Kanyakumari highway Trivandrum. Due to road widening of the highway their ongoing establishment had been demolished. In this scenario they need to reconstruct the premise to another location as soon as possible. Therefore go for steel building since it is a speedy construction method.

The project consists of MRF showroom cum service with an area of 5,500 Sqft. In this project, we have used Indian standard beams, MS tubes etc. and we have finished and handed over our scope of work within 25 days only.

Project made with an area of 8500 by using simple 2D-truss and Z purlins. Roofing is done with a Trafford sheet. Structure is constructed on the 8th floor of the building. The entire floor was built on truss at a height 9 meter in center and was designed to lean to roof slope.
